Meet Dr. Alycia Pugh
Chiropractor. Mom. Nervous System Nerd.
Professional Cheerleader for Families.
Dr. Alycia "Aly" Pugh graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2016 with a passion for helping people live healthier, more connected lives.
Like many healthcare journeys, hers didn't follow a perfectly straight path.
Early in practice, Dr. Aly worked with a wide variety of patients and conditions, gaining experience and developing a deep appreciation for the body's incredible ability to heal. But it wasn't until she became a mother that her professional purpose became crystal clear.
The births of her two children, Avery and Cooper, changed everything.
Like many parents, Dr. Aly found herself navigating challenges she hadn't fully anticipated—tension, breastfeeding and latching struggles, sleepless nights, emotional ups and downs, and the countless questions that seem to come with every stage of parenthood.
As she searched for answers for her own family, she discovered a deeper understanding of the profound impact that birth experiences, stress, and nervous system dysregulation can have on both children and parents.
That journey led her to advanced training through The Pediatric Experience, where she immersed herself in pediatric neurodevelopment, birth stress, sensory challenges, and family-centered care. It also introduced her to Network Spinal and other neurologically-focused approaches that aligned with her belief that healing often happens when we support the body's innate wisdom rather than simply chasing symptoms.
Beyond the Clinic
When she's not in the office, you'll likely find her spending time with her family, Dr. Kory (yes they met in Chiro school) and their two amazing kids, Avery and Cooper, enjoying family adventures, traveling the globe, enjoying the beautiful outdoor life in NSB and continuing her lifelong pursuit of learning everything she can about the nervous system.

I’m a UCF pre-nursing student, bookworm, golf lover, and one of the smiling faces you'll see when you walk into Genesis! I love making people feel welcome, building genuine connections, and helping families feel right at home.
When I’m not studying to become a registered nurse, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, curled up with a good book, catching a beautiful sunrise, or spending time outdoors with family and friends. I love trying new things, embracing new adventures, and finding joy in the little moments that make life so special.
Caring for others has always been on my heart. Whether I’m greeting you at the front desk, celebrating your wins, or simply sharing a smile, my goal is to help every person who walks through our doors feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. I strive to lead with kindness, compassion, and a servant's heart wherever God calls me.

As the business office mom at Genesis Family Chiropractic, I love creating calm behind the scenes—building financial plans, handling administrative life, and crafting presentations that help our team and families thrive. My greatest joy starts at home with my husband, Terry “Pop”, who’s enjoying retirement, and my son Charlie, who keeps me laughing every day. I’m also a retired Senior Real Estate Manager for 7‑11, so spreadsheets and negotiations are kind of my love language. When I’m not balancing budgets or organizing the office, you’ll find me cooking up something new, barrel racing or riding the trails, or sharing a meal with family. I’m here to support our clinic’s mission with warmth, organization, and a little bit of humor—because every family deserves care delivered with compassion and a smile.
